BLACKENED CAJUN RUB

In addition to our Kick Ass BBQ Rub and Hickory Smoked Sea Salt, this week at the 124 Grand Market you will find our brand new Blackened Cajun Rub.


Blackening is a cooking technique used in the preparation of fish, chicken, pork, beef and even vegetables.

Simply coat your food in melted butter and then dredge in our Blackened Cajun Rub before cooking in a cast iron skillet or on the BBQ.

The characteristic brown-black colour of the crust results from the combination of the browned butter and delicious charred Blackened Cajun Rub spices.

We will also have our great range of Gluten Free Sausages on sale so get down to the 124 Grand Market this Thursday from 4pm till 8pm.
