We have a new seasoning on the menu tonight that will transform any meat, fish or vegetables in a fabulous Cajun delight regardless of the weather!

NO MSG, NO HORMONES/ANTIBIOTICS. YOU WILL ONLY FIND REAL FLAVOURS IN OUR SAUSAGES, SO IF YOU CANT PRONOUNCE IT; IT’S NOT IN OUR SAUSAGES!

· Pork, Sweet Chilli, Lime & Ginger

· Pork, Sage & Ginger

· Pork, Cayenne & Garlic

· Steak*, Ale & Mustard (* also contains pork)

SANGUDO SEASONINGS

IT’S BBQ SEASON AND WHAT BETTER THAN A FEW SENSATIONAL BBQ SEASONINGS TO GET THE SUMMER SIZZLE STARTED!

· Kick Ass BBQ Rub
If you can BBQ it then this is the rub for it.  Sweet, Spicy, Salty and just plain delicious.

· Hickory SMOKED Sea Salt
Use in place of salt to add a smoky depth of flavour to any dish.  Especially good in salad dressings or sprinkled on the top of eggs.

· Blackened CAJUN Rub
Just drench your meat, fish or vegetables in melted butter then coat in our Blackened CAJUN Rub and cook in a pan or on the BBQ.
